Terms of Service

Last updated: April 4, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Adios.dev website, platform, APIs, software, hosted runtimes, managed services, previews, deployments, and related offerings. By accessing or using Adios.dev, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.

2. The Services

Adios.dev provides a cloud platform for building, deploying, running, connecting, and managing software, agents, workflows, infrastructure, and related developer operations. We may modify, improve, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account, team, API keys, tokens, credentials, and linked identity providers. You must maintain accurate account information, use reasonable security measures, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access, misuse, or security incidents affecting your account or workloads.

4. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the code, data, prompts, configuration, files, secrets, logs, outputs, and other materials you submit to the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, and display Customer Content solely as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services and to comply with law.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with systems or networks, distribute malware, engage in abusive automation, mine cryptocurrency without authorization, evade security controls, probe or attack infrastructure, send spam, store or process unlawful content, or use the Services in a way that threatens the stability, security, or availability of the platform or any third party.

6. Compliance and Restricted Uses

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies, including export controls, sanctions, privacy obligations, and industry-specific requirements. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, the Services are not designed for use cases requiring guaranteed compliance with specialized legal or regulatory regimes.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may interoperate with third-party providers, repositories, identity systems, payment processors, model vendors, cloud services, and integrations. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, content, or availability.

8. Fees and Suspension

Paid features may require fees, usage-based charges, or subscription payments. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge amounts due. If payment is overdue, if your usage creates risk, or if you breach these Terms, we may suspend or limit access to the Services without liability.

9. Service Changes, Beta Features, and Availability

The Services may include preview, beta, experimental, or early-access features. Those features may be incomplete, change without notice, and are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, data preservation, or that any feature will continue to exist.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe your use presents security, legal, operational, or abuse risk, or if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment, disclaimers, indemnity, liability limitations, and dispute terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADIOS.DEV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CUSTOMER CONTENT WILL NOT BE LOST OR CORRUPTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADIOS.DEV AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ADIOS.DEV FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adios.dev and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to Customer Content, your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Adios.dev service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that disputes will be resolved in the courts having competent jurisdiction in that location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
